Refund Policy
How to Cancel
If you wish to cancel our services, please submit your cancellation request in writing via email. Once received, your request will be reviewed and processed within five (5) business days. Any payments made for services that have not yet been initiated or delivered after the cancellation date may qualify for a refund in accordance with our refund policy.
Cancellation Guidelines
No refunds will be issued for completed project milestones or fully delivered services.
If a cancellation request is made during an ongoing milestone, you may be eligible for a 25% refund for that specific milestone, based on the work progress at the time of cancellation.
Refund Policy
Pro-Rated Refunds
If you have paid the full amount in advance, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the service. Refund eligibility will depend on compliance with the agreed-upon cancellation notice period and the stage of project completion.
Cancellation After Work Has Started
If cancellation occurs after the project has begun but before its completion, you will be charged only for the work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any remaining balance paid beyond that will be refunded accordingly.

At Brighter Cover Inc., we value every client relationship and strive to meet or exceed expectations. However, if you are not fully satisfied with our service, you may submit a refund request following our internal dispute resolution process. Refund approval depends on the type of service, the extent of work completed, and the terms outlined in your original service agreement.

Submit a Request – All refund requests must be made in writing via email to our official support team.
Processing Time – Once your request is received, it will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days.
Refund Method – Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
